Essential Job Duties
Our regional facility managers provide front line support to our residents’ needs and are expected to resolve over 90% of the submitted work orders without passing them on to a specialized trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Our Regional Facilities Managers are forward facing, directly accountable to students/parents, and critical to the customer service of our department. Strong communication skills are also required for this role.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in performing technical work and facilities management.
- Project management experience.
- Considerable knowledge of the standard practices, materials, and methods of leading a maintenance team.
- Ability to plan, assign, and direct the work team members.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Required License or Certification
- Valid Drivers License Required.
Valid NC Driver's License required
